Transcript
00:00 We keep the trend going of good news,
00:02 bad news in the ski forecast here.
00:04 Will start out in the Pacific
00:05 Northwest Mount Hood Meadows.
00:07 Still problems with our atmospheric
00:08 river through today, but Friday and
00:10 Saturday we end up with more snowfall
00:12 here temperatures in the 30s the next
00:14 three days snowfall coming in as
00:15 we get toward the weekend,
00:17 so at least in terms of the type of
00:19 precipitation is a little better for
00:21 the slopes as we had to Friday and
00:23 Saturday White Pass.
00:24 It's a pretty similar situation.
00:25 We just dealt with a tremendous amount
00:27 of rain and very mild air into Washington.
00:30 State as well,
00:31 but snow is back on the way.
00:33 Fresh powder Thursday,
00:34 Friday and Saturday.
00:35 Although I will say we are going
00:36 to have a couple windy days ahead,
00:38 so please be careful if you
00:40 are heading out to White Pass.
00:42 Now let's go to Alta where again
00:44 little reminder for you.
00:45 We've had some record setting weather.
00:47 Well, really last year anyway,
00:48 903 inches of snow last year at Alta.
00:50 Not great news on Thursday,
00:52 but check out what happens Friday here.
00:54 We have an Accuweather winter cast
00:55 from Friday morning to Friday evening.
00:57 Of one to two or one to three.
00:59 I should say inches of snow.
01:01 Little fresh power for you at Alta.
01:02 Enjoy it.
01:03 Beaver Creek,
01:04 a similar situation with some fresh
01:05 snowfall Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
01:07 Conditions should be great for skiing
01:08 and snowboarding with all that fresh
01:10 snow and temperatures into the mid
01:12 20s by the time we get to the weekend.
