00:20 Paramedics were called to the Humpty Doo community and childcare centre last Thursday, where
00:24 they transported the toddler to Royal Darwin Hospital in a critical condition.
00:29 She then died two days later.
00:31 A letter sent from the childcare centre to parents stating no other children or objects
00:35 were involved in the incident.
00:37 The centre has continued to operate since the event.
00:40 At the moment, our priority is making sure that this grieving family gets the time and
00:47 the space they need while these important processes also happen.
00:50 NT Health and police have declined to give out any further information and investigations
00:55 are still underway into the death.
00:57 The report will now be prepared for the coroner.
