Murder in Darwin as crime behaviour grows in the area

A man is dead and another 18 year old is in custody, after an alleged altercation, outside a suburban Darwin shopping centre. Business owners say the tragic incident is the latest in a growing chain of criminal and anti-social behaviour in the area.
