https://youtu.be/LF5rg7mwCbo , it was time for Jerks. Weights were 148lb, 173lb & 199¾lb. I can't believe how much better Jerks are feeling! Hallelujah! For some reason, my grip still tries to be narrow on Jerks. I'm not worried, but l will keep an eye on it. My lockout/pressout problems seem to have disappeared. Now, it's just a matter of more practice. God Bless!
