00:27 The project, which has an estimated cost of 21 billion dollars, aims to reach a production
00:33 capacity of 19.8 million tons of liquefied natural gas per year through three production

00:40 Novotek controls 60 percent of the project and its partners are China's CNPC and CNOOC,
