00:12support was concentrated. The national electoral jury will announce the results
00:16of the first round of the presidential election on Sunday, May 17. The results
00:20indicate that Keiko Fujimori and Roberto Sanchez will face off in a runoff.
00:25According to the country's law, the president-elect will begin a five-year
00:29term on July 28, 2026.
