Francis John Wark fails to have his conviction quashed for killing Hayley Dodd in 1999

Another chapter in one of WA’s most enduring mysteries has closed, with the dismissal of an appeal by the man found guilty of killing Perth teenager Hayley Dodd almost 24 years ago.
