00:36Kaleen has about 10 to 12 playgrounds and only one has been upgraded but this is not the one
00:42that hasn't been upgraded more broadly.

00:56Most recently, about a year ago, Kaleen got urban footpath maintenance works.

01:48It's also a pedestrian safety issue as people are also forced to go on the side of the road
