The Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association says it is no surprise that the Education Facilities Company Limited is folding up its operations.
Earlier this week, over 40 workers were issued termination letters.
The EFCL stated that it is in the red and cannot meets its obligations to staff and creditors.
