Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik said fresh graduates with salary below RM4,000 can delay repayment of their National Higher Education Fund Corporation or PTPTN loans.
He said this is to meet the Pakatan Harapan’s ‘100-day promise’, and he will discuss the blacklisting measures on PTPTN loan defaulters with Immigration Department.
