An investigation is underway following the death of a woman in Preston.
Officers received a concern for welfare report and at 11pm last night (Sunday, February 16th) attended an address on Fir Trees Avenue, in the Grange area of the city.
They sadly found the body of a woman at the address.
Formal identification has yet to take place, but at this point we believe the body to be that of a woman aged in her 20s.
