FtS 07-02: Austria: OPEC agrees to nine-month production cut

From the South: Oil Ministers in attendance at OPEC's meeting in Austria have said that agreeing to a nine-month production cut shows that countries can work together despite their differences, and achieve their collective objectives while respecting national sovereignty.
