00:25Díaz-Canelo also instructed to find a definitive solution to the water supply and to reinforce
00:30the epidemiological surveillance to prevent diseases such as dengue fever.
00:34Similarly, the Cuban President emphasized that the population of Old Guinea is not alone
00:37and that the revolution is advancing in its battle to address the situation.
