Donald Trump says US plan to end Ukraine war not 'final offer' for Kyiv

Speaking to reporters at the White House on Saturday, Trump said the US proposal on Russia’s war in Ukraine was not his “final offer.”

Ukrainian allies earlier voiced concern over the proposal.

He said the conflict “should never have happened” and insisted that ending the war is the priority.
