Mexico: Military Can be Questioned on Ayotzinapa, Sort Of

Yielding to national and international pressure, the Mexican government has finally ceded to demands that it allow military personnel to be interrogated concerning their presence during the enforced disappearance of the 43 Ayotzinapa students on September 26, 2014. However, there is a big catch. Investigators will only be able to conduct the questioning in writing.
