Venezuela to Assume OAS Presidency in December

Venezuela will assume the presidency of the Organization of American States (OAS) in December, Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez announced. She said that Caracas would seek to be a bridge between Latin America and the Caribbean with the United States and that the OAS should be reformed so as to represent all its member countries, not just the interests of the U.S. and its allies. teleSUR
