00:09The president walked alongside thousands of young people who set out from the emblematic Plaza Sucre in Catia in the west of the capital.
00:18The presence of the head of the states reinforced the government's commitment to the new generations and their leading role in the construction of Bolivarian socialism.
00:28It is a direct endorsement of the grassroots organizations represented by these communities.
00:35The march served as an act of support for the national popular consultation that is scheduled for November 23rd.
00:43On this consultation day, the organized communities themselves will select through direct voting the priority projects to be implemented in their localities.
00:58So I call on you to join this popular, constituent process of youth to re-found a giant, powerful, unprecedented confederation of all Venezuelan youth, democratic.
