Following Tuesday's swearing-in ceremony for newly elected legislators, the Republican Party took control of both houses of the US Congress. The GOP will seek to reverse President Barack Obama's policies on immigration, Cuba, and affordable health care. A first confrontation is expected later this week over the Keystone XL Pipeline, opposed by Obama and the Democrats, and supported by the Republicans. Alexandra Hall reports from Washington. teleSUR
