Red borscht / Beet Soup / barszcz with roasted beetroot and apples it is another polish classic with many faces. Plenty variation of recipe. Don’t ask which is the best. This I discovered recently and I think is easy and interesting. A lot people eat braszcz on Christmas eve with dumplings filled with mushrooms this time I served it for my family with cooked potato for a dinner. Every body liked and in this year that will be our Christmas eve recipe.
