Dudhi is a vegetable. It looks and smells like cucumber, but the taste is not so obvious. Chana has tasted like lentils. I like it. The dish was generally tasty and worth trying dudhi. Curry Dudhi Chana gave this a good vegetarian dish. Recipe: http://www.charlotteshop.uk/dudhi_chana_dal.html
