First time when I made it I wasn't sure about that hot and sweet flavour. After a few days eat that cake I started like it very much. My mother in law like this Green Chili Peach Pound Cake that much, she as me can I do it on her visit :)
Coat the pan with butter and sugar I really like and I introduced this method to many of my baking recipe. After bake you get something like crisp and sweet cover.
