Really easy. Follow instructions and always is delicious. Gluten free. Baked cheesecake is polish classic and have many variations but some are really complicate and need a lot practices other are recipes are passed from mother to daughter.
I experiment with this recipe (eggs, cheese, extract amount) this time I added on top some strawberries and jelly. That was good try.
