Really simple to make, don't take long to make it. I like my black olive tapenada enjoy in companion of wine. Advice buy anchovies in olive. They are not that salty. Otherwise before you use anchovies put them into milk for 15 minutes and then drain. I sometimes use mustard sarepska, it is more spicy.
