Meanwhile, Gharib saw me waiting, and came over to see if he could help. He was very pleasant, courteous, and informative, as I had some questions he was able to satisfy me, with his answers. He introduced me to RiCh, who took me over to the Service Center, and Rich took care of every issue regarding my Tucson.
