00:03This third one comes to us from the Miamisburg, Ohio Police Department.
00:07Officers there got a call about a pair of shoplifting suspects.
00:10They left the Kroger supermarket and drove away without paying.
00:14After a short pursuit, one of the suspects takes off on foot, heading straight for I-75.
00:21Here's what happened next.
00:25Time is work 221. He's running across the highway.
00:27That's the suspect making a mad dash for the interstate.
00:31I need somebody on the west side of I-75.
00:35I was working on the way when he's headed southbound.
00:37With a Miami Township police officer right behind him.
00:41A driver's saying this gentleman occasionally carries a gun.
00:45And behind that officer is another Miami officer trying his best to catch up.
00:51The officer springs back up and without missing a beat continues after the suspect.
00:58He's trying to wave down traffic on the 75 northbound.
01:02He's trying to get into what looks like a white car hatchback.
01:05The suspect is now trying to carjack this white SUV that's stuck in traffic.
01:11He's hanging under the window of the car.
01:13He's hanging under the passenger side window of the car trying to force his way into the vehicle.
01:19Northbound with him hanging on the side.
01:21But apparently the suspect is threatening to shoot the driver.
01:26Mine is work 221. It's a white hatchback.
01:30Four door.
01:31Now it's hanging under the passenger side door through the window.
01:36Not sure how much longer the suspect can hang on.
01:40I'm behind the vehicle. He's still hanging on.
01:44A second patrol car gets alongside the hatchback when the suspect falls to the ground.
01:51He's let go of the car.
01:54He's down at gunpoint.
01:57Roll over on your stomach. Now! Roll over.
01:59The suspect is completely surrounded.

02:07They place him in cuffs.
02:09I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry.
02:14You got anything on you? No, sir.
02:19And now, just a matter of waiting for medics to arrive.

02:3442-year-old Camille O'Berry was charged with aggravated robbery
02:37theft and obstructing official business.
02:41Second suspect, 50-year-old David Sutter, who was also arrested.
02:45See, he was the driver of that car with O'Berry when they fled from the Kroger's.
