Emma Watson has cut off all her hair and revealed her new look to fans online.
The Harry Potter star opted for a Carey Mulligan style crop after visiting a salon in New York, where she is studying.
"Cut my hair off a few days ago... Feels incredible," the 20-year-old said on Facebook.
She added: "I love it. I've wanted to do this for years and years; it's the most liberating thing ever. Hope you like."
Emma and her Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint finished filming the last movie in the franchise in June. Up until then the actress would have had to keep her hair long for continuity purposes.
The Deathly Hallows, part one is due out later this year, with the second installment in scheduled to be released in 2011.
