Japan based American MMA fighter, Roxanne Modafferi, demonstrates a hit & return drill for striking in MMA. The drill is useful for anybody from beginner to professional and works reflexes, speed and timing, rhythm, positioning, distance, and getting used to being hit.

Roxanne points out that as you get used to the drill you can add variations on the end of the basic punches to include kicks, knees and takedowns.
