02:37And you've got to fix it.
02:38And you might not have to fix it by getting rid of him, but what you've got to do is
02:42get a new him.
02:44You've got to find somebody that can do the thing that you need him to do.
02:47Because nobody's doing it.
02:48Because he's not doing it, and nobody else is.
