00:27a fourth it's a third if you can keep the money down to xyz because maybe if they're restructuring
00:34a deal or however it actually works with the financials in the nfl the cap hit for the bills
00:39would be lightened and the price they pay in draft capital would be higher what is interesting to me
00:44about that if that is true like when because we're halfway through the year like when you look at the
00:51cap hits of the guys the bills would be acquiring very few of them are hard for them to do
