A ZIP can hold a whole folder when you only want a single picture. This walkthrough opens a small trip-planning archive, reads its file list and previews an item before saving it.
Use Choose archive to select the ZIP. The contents list keeps filenames, folders and sizes visible. Open an item to preview it, then press Save file and choose where the copy goes. Extract all is the separate option for unpacking the complete archive.
The example contains pictures and notes made for this video. Previewing an item is a way to check its contents, not a guarantee that an unknown file is safe to execute.
