A call starts in five minutes and you are not sure the laptop camera works? Open the page and click Start test, then allow access when the browser asks.
What the video shows:
1. Your own picture appears in the preview within a second.
2. Green marks say whether the camera and the microphone are sending anything.
3. Speak or clap and the sound bar jumps, so you know the mic is alive.
4. Below the preview: which camera the browser chose and how many frames per second it really delivers.
5. Zoom in or out on the preview, then click Stop to switch the camera off.
