"For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God." - Hebrews 3:4
Inspired by John C. Grimek.
Front Bridge Laterals with a Hub component added cuz everyone is already gonna think it's a circus lift. First go round was with Hampton 15lb plates followed by a couple of rounds with waxed 2nd Gen WEIDER 45lbers. Even tried these out with the head elevated. Verdict? Obviously, an intense contraction of the Rectus Femoris, BUT not the Hip Flexors! In over four decades of training, l've NEVER had any lift isolate the Rectus Femoris! The Neck seems to be under much less stress than a regular Neck Bridge. I will practice more with plates a la Waiter's Style and see. Hope you enjoyed the silly. God Bless.
