Just so you can see what the full Neck Lift was supposed to look like, l put on a pair of Jack LaLanne 50lbers, which with Neck Harness = 119lb(54kg). The plates make you 'over' extend the Hips & back just to stand upright. The same amount of weight on a barbell would be MUCH LESS challenging. Implement shape can have a huge impact. God Bless.
