01:03a reading from the ephesians grow strong in the lord with the strength of his power
01:11put god's armor on so to be able to resist the devil's tactics what is not against human enemies
01:20that we have to struggle but against the sovereignities and the powers who originate the darkness of this
01:29world the spiritual army of evil in the heavens that is why you must rely on god's armor or you
01:38will not
01:39be able to put up any resistance when the worst happens or have enough resources to hold your ground
01:47so stand your ground with truth buckled around your waist and integrity for a best friend
01:57wearing for shoes on your feet the eagerness to spread the gospel of peace and always carrying the shield of
02:06faith
02:07so that you can use it to put out the burning arrows of the evil one and then you must
02:14accept salvation from god to be your helmet
