An interior survey, and the quietest entry in the series.

The subject is a corridor of nested arches, each one a slightly smaller copy of the one in front, receding past the point where the eye can resolve them. The ribs are exposed on the inner face; the joint lines are uniform, which tells you the structure was cast in repeated sections rather than formed in place.

A single light source enters low from the right, strikes the ribs, and stops. There is no dust visible in the beam — unusual for a space this large and this dry, and the detail that makes the footage feel wrong before you can say why.

The corridor then opens into a vertical shaft: two walls, a paved strip at the bottom, one figure walking up the centre toward a light that doesn't appear to get any closer at walking pace.

If you follow brutalism, liminal spaces, megastructures or architectural photography, this is the most "liminal" chapter so far: recognisable proportions, no scale reference except one person, and no sound at all beyond wind at the entrance.
