00:12And today, we would like Marylanders to vote against Question 3, which is an attempt to
00:21change our historic, one of the oldest Maryland constitutions.
00:27We don't want to change the Constitution based on who is on the ballot.
00:32This Constitution survived centuries of candidates, gubernatorial elections, and we just can't
00:39change the Constitution because we don't like the candidate.
00:42We have to keep it honest, we have to vote for our favorite candidates, vote for Barry,
00:48and vote against Constitutional Amendment Question 3.
