00:00Okay, well, what's going to happen, Mr. Secretary?
00:04Something's going to happen.
00:07And this is an ongoing investigation.
00:11We know that she married her brother to try to bring him into the United States.
00:17We know he lives now in London.
00:19We feel that there may be more to this, the whole family migration,
00:28and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States to begin with.
00:32But all of us were investigating.
00:34Here's what I want to make sure we do.
00:36If we actually move a case forward, it's not a political case.
00:40It's an actual case because they did things wrong.
00:44If you decided to break the law or lie on the information you gave the United States,
00:49you're going to come into the United States through either asylum
00:51or because you were just wanting to seek a better life,
00:54but you didn't tell us who you actually were.
00:56You lied about certain things about your application.
00:59Those things, there's no expiration to that.
01:02If we can prove it that then you shouldn't have been here in the first place,
01:06we'll deport you.
01:08And so we're looking at it's more than just her case.
01:11We're looking at a lot of cases that are very similar to this
01:14that we feel like there may have been fraud from the get-go.
01:18But when we move forward, it's not political.
01:21It's because you chose to break the nation's laws.
01:23And I've said this multiple times, and I continue to say it.
01:27I don't make the laws anymore.
01:29I'm in charge of enforcing the laws.
01:31And I will not pick and choose which laws I'm going to enforce and which laws I'm not.
01:35I'm going to enforce all of them, regardless of who you are,
01:39regardless if you're Omar or you're some other individual in that community.
01:43We're going to enforce it equally.
01:48Yeah, so you just heard there the DHS Secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen,
01:54speaking about Ilhan Omar.
01:57Yeah, been a while since we talked about Ilhan Omar.
02:00But I do think it's time that we bring her back to the front of the stage
02:06because it seems like the walls are closing in.
02:10And yes, I know you're going to say, Rich, come on, man.
02:12Really?
02:13No?
02:13Yeah.
02:14I mean, I'm serious.
02:15At bare minimum, I think the brother is going to be in some very serious trouble
02:19because as you heard, he said, hey, we know.
02:23Right?
02:24We know.
02:24And also, he said, we know where the brother is.
02:28He's in London.
02:30If they weren't closing in, why would they even, you know,
02:33why would they even care where the brother was?
02:35You know what I mean?
02:36And so I think we're really, really getting closer to a conclusion on this entire situation.
02:43And I don't know if you guys remember, but even someone who is probably very well into the know, right?
02:49The number two in command in this country,
02:52J.D. Vance had even touched on it at one point.
02:55Check it out.
02:56Talk about Ilhan Omar and Tim Walton.
02:58Obviously, Ilhan Omar, the president, and the White House have been out saying
03:02that she married her brother, that there is immigration fraud going on here.
03:06These are deportable denaturalization offenses.
03:10Can you give us an update on that?
03:11Yeah.
03:12So we actually think that Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud
03:16against the United States of America.
03:17And I talked to Stephen Miller about this actually recently.
03:20We're trying to look at what the remedies are.
03:22That's the thing that we're trying to figure out is what are the legal remedies
03:25now that we know that she's committed immigration fraud?
03:28How do you go after her?
03:29How do you investigate her?
03:30How do you actually do the thing?
03:31How do you build the case necessary to get some justice for the American people?
03:37There's a related issue, Benny,
03:38which is she has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somalian community.
03:44So do I know that Ilhan Omar was aware that the Quality Leering Center was defrauding the American people?
03:50I'm not certain of it, but we at least need to investigate it.
03:54Because if people can commit wrongdoing without even the fear that they're going to be found out,
04:00that's a fundamental problem.
04:01So I'm worried about the immigration fraud.
04:03I'm also worried about what did Ilhan Omar know about what was happening in the Somalian community
04:08and why was nobody looking into it until, frankly, Donald Trump gave it wrong?
04:13I don't know if you guys caught it, but did you catch it?
04:18Let me know in the comments.
04:20JD Vance said something quite interesting there.
04:22So on one hand, he said, we know that she committed immigration fraud.
04:29He said that.
04:31But then when it came to things like the Quality Leering Center, he said, I don't know.
04:36I'm not sure.
04:37So that tells me we're getting a whole lot closer, right?
04:43We're getting a whole lot closer because on one hand, he said for a fact, without a shadow of a
04:47doubt, he knows.
04:49On the other one, where he's not so sure about the Quality Leering Center, although we have talked about this
04:54in the past,
04:55there are some connections that, you know, if it walks like a duck, it quacks like a duck, it's probably
04:59a duck.
05:00You know what I mean?
05:01I can't prove that, all right?
05:03Just full disclosure, but common sense tells me that she knew.
05:10Once again, I don't have any hard evidence to prove that, but just my common sense.
05:14But, yeah, I just found that interesting that he made that clear distinction on one.
05:19He said he knows.
05:20Now that we know she did it, now we're trying to find out how do we go about it?
05:25You know, what are the ramifications of it?
05:28How do we prove it?
05:29Blah, blah, blah.
05:30And then over here, he said, well, I don't know.
05:33You know what I mean?
05:34I found that quite interesting.
05:36There was also something else that recently happened to Ilhan Omar just a few days ago,
05:42and she was questioned about it, or maybe not so much.
05:46Check it out.
05:50Hey, Congressman.
05:52Can you share with us your reaction to what happened with your son and his roommate,
05:58with the police coming into his home and arresting the roommate?
06:02Hey, what do you know about the situation, like why it happened in the first place?
06:11Are you going to advise your son to move from his place, away from that situation?
06:20We were just wondering what you thought about the whole thing.
06:27So, for those of you who are unfamiliar with the situation,
06:31her son was living with another individual, and the place was raided.
06:36And the guy he was living with was arrested, and he had some illegal guns and firearms, allegedly.
06:45And so, that was a whole thing.
06:48And so, that's why she was getting asked those questions, which she obviously didn't answer.
06:54Now, I'm going to get you guys out of here, but I want to play this one last clip of
06:58someone who I actually like, right?
07:00Tom Homan, someone who worked for Obama, of all people, right?
07:06And I say that because these leftists, these far leftists, these extreme far leftists,
07:13I'm going to use the same terminology that they try to use with us.
07:16These far leftists, they try to demonize Tom Homan for doing his job,
07:21even though he did the exact same job for Obama.
07:25Quite interesting how that works, but, you know, they live in hypocrisy.
07:30Here's Tom Homan kind of touching on the topic of discussion.
07:34Check it out.
07:34It's her.
07:36She is, though, a naturalized U.S. citizen.
07:39How does that complicate things for investigators?
07:43You know, what would need to happen for her to be kicked out of the country if some fraud is
07:48proven?
07:49Is it, I guess what I'm asking is, is there a denaturalization case that is being brought against her?
07:57Look, you know, I've been around 40 years, and we've done denats cases.
08:01We have denaturalized citizens based on fraud, based on lying on their applications
08:06or lying through the process, misrepresenting themselves,
08:09or maybe misrepresenting organizations they belong to or beliefs they have.
08:14But denaturalization is a process.
08:17It's a very serious process.
08:18So if someone lies through that process to becoming a citizen and we can prove they, in fact, lied
08:25or misrepresented themselves, we can absolutely denaturalize them.
08:28We've done it before many times over the last 40 years I've been around.
08:32So it's a process.
08:34And then just knowing how this is going to be received, you know,
08:38what would you say to the Democrat critics who are just going to make the argument
08:43that this is a politically motivated pursuit?
08:48There's nothing political about it.
08:51ICE is enforcing law that Congress wrote.
08:53I mean, these are all laws that are in statute in the Immigration and Nationality Act,
08:57which was written by Congress, enacted by Congress, and signed by President.
09:02ICE, HSI, DHS, none of us are making this up.
09:07Our job is to enforce laws enacted by Congress, and that's exactly what we're going to do.
09:13Sounds good to me.
09:15Sounds good to me.
09:16Now, if you're asking me what's my honest opinion, okay, because I always keep it 100 with y'all,
09:24whether you like it, love it, or hate it, not my problem, right?
09:28I'm going to give you the truth, all right?
09:30I'm going to give it to you straight, no chaser.
09:33I don't think Ilhan Omar will be arrested.
09:36I don't think she'll ever be deported.
09:38And here's the reason why, at least not anytime soon.
09:44This whole thing is well woven in, okay?
09:47This whole thing goes a lot deeper than probably any of us can ever imagine.
09:54I'm sure she's covered her tracks to the best of her abilities, and she's got some people in some places
09:59that are willing to help her simply because she is a Democrat and she's on their side, right?
10:05And so, do I think anything's going to happen to her?
10:08No.
10:09Do I think something could?
10:10Yeah.
10:11I think it could.
10:12But I think that would genuinely take us, this party, staying on the same trajectory for like the next two
10:22cycles, right?
10:24So, in 2028, we elect J.D. Vance or Marco Rubio or some other patriot, right?
10:31America First patriot.
10:32Doesn't matter who.
10:34Just as long as they're America First.
10:36It can give it to a straight, no chaser, and it doesn't back down.
10:39Y'all know the whole gist, right?
10:42And we continue to get rid of the rhinos in the party.
10:47Like, in 2028, we can vote out John Thune's pathetic behind.
10:52He's in South Dakota, by the way.
10:54So, if you live in South Dakota, vote him out, right?
10:56He's up for re-election in 2028, along with Lisa Murkowski in Alaska.
11:00She's up for re-election in 2028 as well, along with some others.
11:04But my point is, we're dwindling the rhinos down to basically nothing in the party.
11:12We make sure that we win the House.
11:14We make sure that we win the Senate.
11:15We got the presidency.
11:16If we can keep that for like three cycles, then I think things will genuinely change where you'll see Democrats
11:22actually getting arrested.
11:24Like, genuinely being arrested and hauled off to prison.
11:29But until then, like, nah.
11:31I don't think so.
11:32Especially not under a Trump term.
11:35For sure not.
11:36I mean, John Thune is standing in the way of Trump right now.
11:40You know, and I think that's part of the frustration with a lot of folks right now.
11:45You know, as far as, you know, oh, Trump didn't live up to his promises and blah, blah, blah, blah.
11:50Trump signed the most executive orders in U.S. history.
11:54There's only so much one guy can do.
11:56Okay?
11:57He's not a dictator.
11:58Although the left says he's a dictator, John Thune has been standing in the way of a lot of things.
12:04He'll get in front of a camera and say nice things and talk nice and whatnot.
12:08Give you a bunch of lip bump.
12:10But when you actually look at what he's actually done, he's actually stood in the way of a lot of
12:17things.
12:17Along with Mitch McConnell, which, geez, he just came out of hiding.
12:23Goodness gracious.
12:25You know, along with some others as well, right?
12:28That have just been standing in the way of the Trump agenda.
12:31The guy we elected to push forth the agenda.
12:35They've been standing in the way.
12:37And so, as long as we can vote those individuals out, I think we'll be fine.
12:42But we have to do it for a few cycles.
12:46And that's when I think we'll see actually Democrats getting arrested, right?
12:53But that's just my humble opinion.
12:55My personal opinion.
12:56Y'all can let me know yours in the comment section below.
12:59Maybe you think Democrats will never be arrested.
13:01Obviously, I don't agree with that.
13:03I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon.
13:06But I think it can happen.
13:07As long as we do what we're supposed to do.
13:10And that is get rid of the rhinos and continually make sure that we get America First Patriots
13:17elected back into the House and as well as the Senate.
13:20And we keep all of that.
13:22If we can do that, which is going to be difficult, it ain't going to be easy.
13:26But if we can pull that off, we're good.
13:30We're good.
13:31But anyway, like I said, let me know your thoughts and your opinions in the comment section below.
