00:00Lindsay Clancy is obviously not guilty. There are a fleet of doctors who should be imprisoned
00:05for what they put her on. I regularly speak out against Big Pharma. They get away with murder all
00:10the time. And in this case, they are getting away with the murder of really her three children,
00:17but also completely destroyed her life. When Lindsay Clancy, in my opinion, is not guilty.
00:21She was put into an intentional psychosis when she probably just needed to give her kids away
00:27for a weekend to get better, but they constantly give you these drugs that do not make things
00:32better. And the cocktail of 10 pharmaceuticals that she was on is absolute madness. Absolute madness.
00:40Yeah, we got to talk about this whole story, this back and forth with Lindsay Clancy, who
00:50murdered her kids. Unfortunately, I hate to even say that. That's just wild to even
00:56say to come out of your mouth, little innocent children. It's crazy. But there's obviously
01:03been a whole lot of debate about this online. Some of you have probably seen the clips of the
01:10liberal, the white liberal colored hair women out protesting in favor of Lindsay and saying that
01:18she's innocent and her husband is actually the one that did it. And I literally just watched like a
01:24whole eight minute video of this chick laying out how it was really the husband that did it. And she
01:31was like using Bratz dolls in order to like portray the different people. And it's just like, come on,
01:37man, come on. And I want to dive into it because I also saw Tim Poole actually touch on this
01:45topic of
01:45discussion. And I really, really agree and align with what he was saying. So I'm going to kind of
01:52piggyback on what Tim Poole was saying here. So I'm going to play his clip. And obviously, I'll be
01:57interjecting periodically throughout the clip. But for the most part, I actually agree. Check it out.
02:06Candace Owens has once again sparked the ire of many conservatives by saying that Lindsay Clancy is
02:11obviously not guilty. Now I'm going to go and say right off the bat, I believe Lindsay Clancy is
02:17guilty. We do not absolve an individual of blame or responsibility just because someone may have
02:25victimized them. And that's that's kind of the whole crux of this argument. We're seeing videos
02:29of women standing outside the trial of Lindsay Clancy holding up heart hands. Those that are not
02:34familiar, let me give you the quick breakdown. Lindsay Clancy sent her husband away to go to the
02:39store. She then ruthlessly, mercilessly and brutally murdered her poor three children.
02:46She wrapped exercise bands around their necks so that not only would they asphyxiate, but they
02:53could not be resuscitated. The thing is, I want people to understand this. It's actually difficult
02:57to strangle someone to death because when you do and the body shuts down, it may try. The person
03:03may just start breathing again. I believe, based on the facts of the case thus far, that yes,
03:09it's fair to say she was overprescribed. We've got to talk about that. That's the crux of this segment.
03:14Mm hmm. But sending her husband away and then killing her children in such a way that they could
03:19not be resuscitated shows she planned this out somewhat meticulously. She, yeah, see that that's
03:28the part that really gets me. Like you, to me, you intentionally did that and planned that out.
03:34You thought that out. You thought with a clear mind, I am going to kill these kids today,
03:41but I need a break in time to do it. How can I get that done? Oh, I can send
03:48my husband.
03:49I can just send him away. That'll give me enough time. And not only that, but I'm going to make
03:54sure
03:54that once the deed is done, they can't be resuscitated. There's no coming back, you know?
04:02So that's the part that is like, nah, bro, you can't claim insanity on that. You can't,
04:09you know, like that, that seems a little too planned out for me, a little too thought out for me.
04:13And, you know, also at the same time, I do feel bad for, and Tim Poole's going to touch on
04:18it here
04:18in just a second. I do feel bad for on a certain level as well, but also still believe you
04:27can't
04:27claim insanity. You need to pay for this 100%. And tried to take her own life and ended up
04:34paralyzed. Now, the crazy thing about this story is the radicalization of women. I'm not surprised
04:40that Candace Owens said, she's not guilty, which is, come on. You know, I'm not going to pander to
04:46a bunch of people to give me clicks, nor am I going to pretend we don't have a serious problem
04:50because other people might get angry. The fact of the matter is this, Lindsay Clancy killed her
04:55kids. She said she did. She wants to get off by reason of insanity. To be fair, I have a
05:00question
05:00about, she's paralyzed from the waist down. So we need to ask ourselves logically, pragmatically,
05:05what is accomplished from the sentencing? And I'm not saying not to sentence her. I'm saying,
05:10let's ask ourselves, what do we seek to accomplish through sentencing? Do we want to send a message
05:15to people that if you kill your kids, we lock you up for the rest of your life? That could
05:18be a good message too. Could it be the message of, if you hurt children, we punish you and
05:23you will suffer? Yes. Understand the message as well. I don't think putting her in prison
05:27is going to stop, like going to do anything considering she's already paralyzed from the
05:30waist down. But I think there's a message of what it means to be a moral society. Thus, the
05:35woman, like you said, I don't think it's going to really change her, you know, life a whole
05:40lot. I mean, she literally is paralyzed from the waist down because of what she did to herself
05:45following that, that, that circumstance, that situation. Um, so yeah, it's not really about
05:51her necessarily, but it's about the message. You're not going to do stuff like this and try
05:56to claim insanity. No, not going to work. You're going to pay for it and should go to
06:03jail. Now I've seen, uh, many individuals call for the death penalty because look, the
06:08way she killed her kids again, she planned it. Now the argument she made is that there
06:13was the voices whispering in her ears. And the argument now is that she was over prescribed
06:17medication. Thus she was insane. She has postpartum psychosis, too many pills. I'm going to pause
06:23real quick. Postpartum psychosis, in my opinion, is, is no excuse. In fact, I'd argue this. If
06:32she, if she is to get found not guilty by reason of insanity, she should be committed to a mental
06:39institution for the rest of her life or some. I agree with that 100%. Like there should be no way
06:46in hell that she walks away from this situation without either being in prison for the rest of
06:51her life or being in a facility, committed to a facility for the rest of her life, uh, in a
06:57sane
06:57asylum, if you will, if that's what you want to call it for the rest of her life. She should
07:01not be
07:02able to walk amongst us for the rest of her natural life. You have given that ability up. You have
07:10given
07:11that up. You snuffed out the life of innocent children. You do not get to walk amongst us anymore.
07:21That is over with kind of facility where she cannot be a harm to others. Now, of course,
07:26the game they're playing is, you know, postpartum psychosis is temporary. And again, for those who
07:30are not familiar, I mean, it's like after you have a baby, some women very rarely go insane. Yeah,
07:35we can't play that game. If you go insane, you get locked up. That's another reason why we lock
07:40people up. In fact, I think it's the best reason to lock people up. I understand there's a lot of
07:44people
07:45who say we should lock someone up because we want to show a moral standing and we want to punish
07:49people. Like, yeah, I get all that. I get all that. That actually could have a good function
07:53in society. However, the most logical reason for locking someone up is so that they are removed
07:57from society and then cannot cause, cannot commit crimes again. Now in this capacity, this lady,
08:02she can't do it. But if you're going to make the argument that a woman who suffers postpartum
08:06psychosis is not guilty by reason of insanity, then my only argument is, okay, life, life. I'm not
08:11playing these games. If somebody wants to get found not guilty of murder by insanity,
08:15we're locking you up forever. Yeah, that's right. That's right. You're not guilty. Looney bin.
08:20Now, now that I've sufficiently ranted on the insanity of these women on TikTok and all of this
08:27money being raised, Lindsay Clancy is also a victim. And I think for the conservatives, this is
08:32the important piece you need to pay attention to that I think is absolutely worth talking about.
08:37Let me say it again for those in the back. Just because someone victimized you does not mean
08:43you are not guilty of the murders you committed, right? A dude who gets abused as a child grows up
08:49and abuses someone is guilty. True. And they should get, you know, listen, I refrain from calling for
08:58the death penalty because I don't like the state mechanism of control in death, okay? I don't like
09:02the idea of Kamala Harris being able to go to like point to a guy and say we should kill
09:06him. I don't like that.
09:07However, they say the lowest circle of hell is reserved for the disloyal and the betrayers.
09:13And I often like that saying, but you know, if it were up to me, there's another group of people
09:18I'd put in the lowest circle of hell or beneath it. That is those who abuse children. You do not
09:22get
09:22to come out and say when I was a kid, they abused me. Yeah, I'm sorry. Yeah, I don't care.
09:29Maximum penalty. You know what I mean? But Lindsay Clancy was a victim over prescribed to an insane
09:34degree. And, you know, I was talking to a friend of mine. She's been following this. She's super in
09:40a true crime. And I was like, look, these women that are just saying, you know, she's not guilty
09:46or, you know, Candace, like this is, come on, come on. She knew what she was doing. She may have
09:52been
09:52nuts, but she, she, it wasn't like she thought the moon was made of cheese. Okay. She planned out the
09:57murder of these children. However, a good rebuttal. My friend said, yes, I get all of that. And we all
10:03agree. She committed this crime. Like let's not defend what she did. Let's condemn it to the
10:08maximum degree. But can we address the pharmaceutical industry pumping women full of drugs 24 seven from
10:14the age of 16 until death? Yeah. Yeah. Conservatives need to get on this train, man. Conservatives need to
10:21I'm already on this train. I'm already on this train, you know, and I I've been looking at some
10:27of this stuff periodically from time to time. And, you know, as a matter of fact, I think it was
10:32Joe
10:32Rogan that mentioned this, a lot of these, um, you know, school pew pewers, the ones who walk up in
10:39the schools and pew, pew, pew. A lot of them are on allegedly, of course, pharmaceuticals. Now is that
10:51is that a connection? Maybe. I don't know. We got to do some, we got to do some more research,
10:58but,
10:59uh, that's one of the things that I've found interesting is that the very thing that is
11:04supposed to be making people better is actually in my humble opinion. And listen, I'm no medical
11:10expert whatsoever. So let's make that clear. But in my personal opinion, just from what I've observed
11:19in society, it's making some folks a hell of a lot worse. Look at this case, this Lindsay Clancy case.
11:29She was on the pharmaceuticals and she did one of the most horrific things that a human being could
11:38possibly do. How does that make any type of sense? You know, but I'm gonna let them finish.
11:45And I know many are. I know many are. I'm just saying, let's get past stage one. That is the
11:50question of whether or not Lindsay Clancy is guilty of murder. She is. Thank you. And have a
11:54nice day. Now let's get to phase two. There's a big point being brought up and not every single woman
12:01that is calling out what that is supporting Lindsay Clancy is saying that she is innocent of murdering
12:06children or shouldn't go to jail. Like I said, I was talking to my friend, what they're bringing up is
12:10the sympathy they have for Lindsay Clancy, not sympathy for what she did to her kids. I think
12:16I can finish saying that. The point is many women are furious because any little problem and they're
12:24pumped full of drugs. Guys aren't. You know, it's really funny because I was reading this meme and
12:30it's like a guy will lose his job, get punched in the mouth, bust a tooth, you know, and then
12:36he'll go
12:36home and he'll grab a beer and I'll sit down and it'll just lean back. Women will seek therapy and
12:41the therapists will give them drugs. I got dude friends who are giving drugs and I tell them like,
12:46stop, these things are bad for you. Let's, let's, let's, let's get into this. Let's get, let me read
12:51a little bit about this before we get started. My friends head over to timcast.com click join now to
12:55get in the discord community. We got this, this video from Candace Owens that is going viral and,
13:02and people are criticizing her because she's obviously not guilty. If this thing,
13:06ever loads, we'll, we'll play it. Let's play the clip. You can hear it for yourself and see what
13:11you thought's clear on this. I made my thoughts clear on this. The moment that she was arrested,
13:18the moment that it made the news, Lindsay Clancy is obviously not guilty. There are a fleet of
13:23doctors who should be imprisoned for what they put her on. I regularly speak out against big pharma.
13:28They get away with murder all the time. And in this case, they are getting away with the murder of
13:34really her three children, but also completely destroyed her life when Lindsay Clancy, in my
13:39opinion, is not guilty. Uh, she was put into a, an intentional psychosis when she probably just
13:45needed to give her kids away for a weekend to get better. But they constantly give you these drugs
13:50that do not make things better. And the cocktail of 10 pharmaceuticals that she was on is absolute
13:56madness. I, I agree with, with most of it. I got to stress. Listen, I don't, I don't care if
14:03you're on a
14:03bunch of pills. You go and shoot somebody, you go and shoot up a school, you strangle your kids.
14:08I'm sorry. That's on you. That's on you. It's like saying it's not the fault of the drunk driver.
14:14You know, you, people can often drive drunk reasonably. It just, he just needed to pull
14:19the car over and get out. Yes, he did. He did, but he chose to drink that alcohol. That's the
14:25point.
14:26Lindsay Clancy was prescribed drugs, but she chose to take them. I'm not playing this game where it's
14:31that there's a, there's a video where a guy is, he gets pulled over in a Tesla.
14:34I think two things can be true in this entire situation. Lindsay Clancy is guilty
14:39and should go to either prison for the rest of her life or be committed to a facility for the
14:46rest
14:46of her life and say an asylum, if you will, for the rest of her life. Right. Also at the
14:53same time,
14:54she is a victim in my humble opinion. That doesn't make her innocent. Okay. And this is why I wanted
15:01to play this, uh, Tim pool clip because he's touching on some of the same things that, you know,
15:06I personally agree with. He's like, no, she's still guilty, but we also need to address this whole
15:13other situation over here because she is a victim. And I agree with that. 100%. 100%. Um,
15:20um, I agree partly with Candace Owens when she says, you know, maybe she just needed a weekend
15:25off in, in, in, in, you know, away from the kids and not to simply just be pumped full of
15:31medications. I can agree with that. I can agree with that. But to say that she's not guilty. I think
15:38it's personally crazy. I think it's crazy. You know, um, I do feel in, in, in, in, I know I
15:45mentioned, I feel bad for, and here's why she was seeking help. She was seeking help. As a matter of
15:53fact, I think at one point, uh, she had mentioned that she's having thoughts of killing her children.
15:59Like, so she was trying to get the help that she felt like she needed. So it wasn't like a
16:06situation
16:07where she just kept it to herself. Didn't, didn't really do anything. Didn't really say anything
16:10like she was actively trying to do things in order to get the help. As a matter of fact,
16:16I think she went to a facility for a few days or something like that. Uh, at one point in
16:21time to,
16:22to, you know, go in, get some help, whatever else, some therapy, I guess me personally,
16:29I don't think therapy works. I don't think me personally, and this is just my own personal
16:33opinion. I don't think talking to somebody, some stranger about my problems is going to all
16:40all of a sudden, you know, help me with my problems. I'm, I'm just not a personal believer
16:44in that. And in post COVID, I think, I think we all, you know, have lost, if not all trust,
16:53a significant amount of trust in the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical industry. Okay.
16:59And these so-called, um, um, medical professionals, right? I think we all have lost a
17:08significant amount of trust, if not all trust personally. Um, so yeah, I, with, with all of
17:14this stuff, you know, I mean, and you could even talk about something and ladies, you guys can attest
17:18to this birth control. I mean, from the, from the time, you know, a young lady is 15, 16 years
17:28old,
17:28she's getting pumped with medication, pumped full of medication. And honestly, I've seen some things
17:34about that as well, that birth control really isn't, it really isn't great for, uh, women either.
17:40It's actually pretty terrible. Um, but y'all can do your own research on that. We're not, we're not
17:44going to dive into that whole topic of discussion. That's going a completely different direction, but
17:48yeah, on one hand, she is guilty, but on the other hand, she is a victim for sure, for sure.
17:57And, um,
17:58um, this, this conversation deserves, uh, more attention, more attention, or at least the second
18:06part of the conversation deserves a hell of a lot more attention. And that is when, you know,
18:12people are asking for help, just simply pumping them full of medication and sending them on or
18:16on their way. I think it's personally crazy. And I know somebody is going to ask, well, Rich,
18:22what's the solution? I don't know. I don't know, but this ain't working in my humble opinion. It's
18:31not working. I mean, look what she just did. Look what she did. Pumped full of it, chunk full of
18:39it,
18:40you name it, she was taking it. And that's the result to me. That's a failure. I can't say that
18:48that works after, after a situation like that, you know? So do I have the answers? No, I don't.
18:56And maybe I'm completely wrong, but I just feel like something, something else needs to be done
19:04because this is a young lady who was seeking help, who was trying to change, you know, the way that
19:11she was feeling and thinking. Once again, that doesn't ultimately, that ultimately, that doesn't
19:17absolve her of what she did. She did what she did. And she got to pay for what she did.
19:26But it still is sad, you know? It really is. Someone who was seeking the help,
19:33reaching for it, clawing for it, begging for it, and then ultimately did what she did.
19:42It's crazy and sad, not only for her, but it's really sad for those children, you know?
19:49Those innocent little kids who,
19:54you know, I hate to even say this.
19:57I, she strangled them to death. That's not instantaneous. That doesn't happen like that.
20:06That takes time, you know? The fear, the shock, the surprise that those little kids probably went
20:15through. Heartbreaking. Y'all get in the comments. Let me know your thoughts and your opinions. I'm out.
