00:24on over and above what's being expected of you. Be the person that asks or provides volunteerism
00:31for new ideas or new initiatives. Those types of attributes often are the individuals that get
00:38promoted quickly because they demonstrate they can do what they're doing, but they can also stretch
00:43and take more things on. And they show a lot of overall, I'll call it agility, to expand how they
00:49make an impact.
