00:00You need to understand the business, but I think nowadays you need to understand AI.
00:03You need to understand what it does. That doesn't mean you need to know every
00:06technical aspect of it, but you need to understand what it is capable of, what
00:09the trends are, what is happening, how AI can change anything at the company.
00:13You need to understand both those aspects, and then you need to be able to convert
00:18that knowledge that you have gathered into a business reality. Because I think
00:23a lot of confusion happens when one thinks AI is just launching a tool, so
00:27let's launch AI and let's launch a couple of tools without changing the way you work.
00:31Because normally then that doesn't work. You really need to think about how does that change
00:36how you work. And that's much more important in the sense to be successful in transforming
00:41a company using AI, adopting AI, is how do you change the workflows, how do you adapt the work
00:47so you can actually adopt AI. We have tried to just launch tools at Nestle, and people will use the
00:52tool,
00:53but if you do use the tool and you still work the old ways, you will actually add more complexity
00:58to people instead of simplifying the work you do. I think really understanding what is the
01:03implication of launching AI, what can AI do to simplify processes, make processes faster, and then
01:09but adopting how you work. And make sure people come along on that journey.
