01:33just being able to go out there and let the game come to you talk about what that mindset is

01:38how how it changes how you see the game yeah i feel like uh man getting in the rhythm is

01:45you know i feel like once you get in the rhythm and getting getting that mode that's when you know
01:50you start to go to playing free you know getting getting out your head getting out your uh

04:57go into any week not thinking we could win you know uh when we're you know i feel like we

05:05been preparing uh good you know once you when you come off a loss it's a different you know preparation
05:10you feel like you didn't do enough or something like that so then next week you you know you go

05:15so i mean definitely have to deal off this uh off that win you know uh you know raiders up

05:30rabel having that meeting with you guys last monday and talking about holding each other accountable
05:37was that um was that something that was important when it when it comes to you guys
05:42kind of figuring out where you would you know what's gone on the the first three weeks and then
05:48heading into that that buffalo game uh yeah i can say you know just you know most of all yeah
05:56holding each other accountable but you know hold yourself accountable you know i feel like you'll know
06:01if you gave it your all throughout the week you know i feel like man your preparation is everything
06:06going towards the game game week and uh not i think we all you know had that look in the

06:15and see and we all need i feel like we need to work harder i feel like we all spoke

06:21said we need to work harder and we had a great week of preparation pop when you start to look

06:33expectations and how we feel like this is a very good football team and a super bowl contender when
