00:42and this particular candidate having been removed from the counting centre?

00:50Well, that's right. In fact, this particular candidate is an independent candidate there, Moorthy.
00:55There had already been, when the round one of counting had taken place in Madhuran Takam,
01:01there was a lot of commotion that had taken place,
01:03particularly when the independent candidate had gone ahead
01:06and alleged that there was an EVM malfunctioning in round 11.
01:10And that's why there was a lot of confusion that had taken place.
01:13In fact, the ruckus that was created there definitely drew a lot of tensions there in that area.
01:20Now, there's already been a round four that counting that is currently going on in Madhuran Takam.
01:25But even then, the independent candidate there, Moorthy, had questioned why is it that
01:30they had gone ahead to the next round even when there was EVM malfunctioning
01:35and there was a lot of discrepancies is what he had pointed out.
01:39Following which, you know, the SP of that area had to come in
01:42and he had sidelined Moorthy, had taken him aside, detained him and also questioned him
01:48on what had really happened.
01:49There's a lot of chaos and ruckus that has taken place in Madhuran Takam relating to this incident.
01:55But for now, we do see that the counting has continued on.
01:59And in fact, it's in the round four of counting where the TVK is taking the lead in Madhuran Takam.
