00:20Norliza also barred the purported chieftains of Sungai Ujung, Rembau, Jelebu and Johol from filing a fresh application on the
00:30same subject matter.
00:31The four men were also ordered to pay costs of RM10,000 to the current undangs of Sungai Ujung in
00:37Rembau and the Dewan Keadilan dan Undang, who were seeking to intervene in the case.
00:43Earlier, lawyer Stephen Tiru, representing the DKU and its secretary, Rajanur Azli Rajanurdin, told the Kuala Lumpur High Court the
00:52applicants had engaged in forum shopping and had concealed material facts about a related case in Seremban.
00:59He said his clients had in fact obtained an injunction from the Seremban High Court on June 5th and leave
01:06on July 8th to commence committal proceedings against six individuals.
01:10Norliza did not order costs against the Negeri Semilane State Government and its Menteri Besar.
01:17The Attorney General did not object to the withdrawal.
