00:26And I'd like to stay on point two for a moment here, Dave,
00:31as this line is two and a half in some spots,
00:34probably more threes out in the market.
00:37So a few nights ago, LSU on the injury report,
00:42which we now get from the SEC,
00:44listed their starting quarterback, Sam Levitt, as doubtful.
00:49And that injury report was reported,
00:53most notably by Pete Dabble of ESPN.
00:56Promise I'm not taking a shot at Pete,
00:58because in that moment, he gets an injury report.
01:01By far the biggest game of the weekend
01:02has the starting quarterback on it as doubtful.
01:06So he tweets it out.
01:09And what follows is a scramble drill
01:14to tell everyone that this is probably just a joke.
01:21That Lane is playing games.
01:24The market takes the three down to one and a half.
01:28LSU still holding as the favorite.
01:31Total drop, maybe a point, maybe two.
01:34And eventually, we pretty much reach consensus
01:38that this is nothing to see here.
01:42That Leavitt is obviously playing.
01:45He was upgraded to questionable
01:47and enters this game, not even on the injury report,
01:52to basically confirm this was a bunch of shenanigans.
01:58And, you know, I don't know, Dave, if I'm getting older.

05:12if Levitt was going through
05:13a shoulder injury
05:14and if Levitt missed a part of practice,
05:16I guess you have to add him
05:18onto the injury report.
05:19So he did the right thing,
05:21but you can't list him as doubtful.
05:24Like doubtful people don't play.
