00:25Look at all of the moisture denoted by the white shading coming across the southern Rockies, which has been producing

00:33Well, all of that is going to be shifting where?
00:35Into the upper Midwest as we get into Thursday night and Friday.
00:40Watertown, Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Rochester, Green Bay, and then Friday night and Saturday, that rain moves right back into the
00:49waterlogged areas of Iowa and northern Illinois.
