00:00This video popped up for me earlier about how these abolitionists were arrested and then

00:04unarrested. I haven't watched the video. I've seen very little of it. So I'm curious to see

00:08what happens here. And it's important to understand what is going on as people, as Christians,

00:13especially stand up and fight for the voiceless and fight for life, even just use their freedom

00:17of speech to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. The opposition that we're facing,

00:22the demonic attacks that we see manifest in the physical here, where police are coming,

00:26where people are getting upset with them, cursing them out, and even physically sometimes attacking

00:31them. Let's take a look at what plays out here. Let's talk about it. I'll give you my thoughts.

01:24reason for being here today? We're just expressing our freedom of speech and I guess notifying,

01:32criticizing the laws that have been passed in Queensland. Yeah, that seems fair to me. Using

01:38your freedom of speech to publicly proclaim what you disagree with and criticize what you disagree

01:44with. As far as laws, this should always be allowed. This is how freedom of speech should

01:47be used. Regardless of what you believe, you should be able to publicly disagree as long

01:52as you're being civil in how you're doing it. This shouldn't be a problem and they're not

01:56blocking any passageway. They're not causing any disruptions or problems. They're just people

02:01who disagree with what they're saying and then they get upset and call the police. And when

02:06we start to arrest people for these types of things, it's going to cause more and more

02:10problems later down the road where we can't ever speak out against what is happening.

02:15And that is a problem. You never want to become voiceless as a citizenship against what your

02:20government is doing. We should always have the right to speak up against it.

02:24We've had some complaints about the conduct that you've ever been having.

02:28Which, which is? You're blocking the access to them.

02:30We haven't been, we've never blocked the... Do you know how the damage was here on the door?

02:37No idea. It was, it was literally here before we got here.

02:40So if we review the CCTV?

02:51What's your purpose for filming?

02:53To share the message that we are putting out, criticizing C. Nichols to this noise of representative.

02:59Do you see that your shirt that you're wearing, a quality portion, can be considered offensive

03:03to the public?

03:09Yeah. Offense should never be a reason to be arrested or in trouble with the law. People

03:17are going to be offended by whatever they choose to be offended by. Now, obviously we can say

03:21that there are topics that are more controversial, but offense is not a good tool of measurement.

03:25Some people are offended simply if you look at them a certain way. Other people are offended

03:29when you say things or do things. So it's never a good way to measure. And again, we need to

03:35be able

03:35to disagree and share opinions that are even controversial, that we openly can disagree on

03:41without there being this huge place of offense. And I just don't understand the immaturity that

03:48continues to radiate throughout humanity in these matters. It makes sense that some people would

03:55disagree with abortion. We know that. That's not a secret. And we know that people are for abortion.

03:59That's not a secret as well. Being offended by one or the other, that's a personal problem,

04:03not a problem of the person who shares the opinion. While I have you here, I created an app

05:08And what was your aim when you were having a sign here? What was your intention?

05:13We were just filming a video criticizing the MP here.

05:18This is crazy. She's like literally fishing for a reason to have a valid reason to actually

05:23arrest him. She's already saying he's under arrest, but it's like there's truly no valid

05:27reason. And so she's just like fishing. And it, my opinion is that she disagrees with what

05:32they're doing and what they stand for. And it's just really weird the way she's poking

05:35at him. It's like, this should have been a, you come out, you see, they're not causing problems. I

05:40mean, you could ask them to leave if you want, but just to say like immediately that they're under

05:43arrest for something that they didn't actually do. And then continue to poke and ask questions that

05:46don't really lead to anywhere or aren't really that important. It shows that there's a different agenda

05:51here.

05:52And we just going to film it and then you were just going to walk away. That was all that

05:56it was planned.

05:57And where do you, obviously we've received a complaint about several persons out the front

06:01of here and then the eggs, like the damage to the client.

06:04So when you're filming, where is that broadcast to?

06:07Um, generally we'll, we'd post that just on social media. Yeah.

06:15Um, is that required to, well, we didn't find it, but I'm just asking the question.

06:26We're not required to, but it would make things quicker.

06:35And I get it. Like this place is egged. You can see that people have thrown eggs at it.

06:39So I can understand that maybe they thought that they did it completely understandable,

06:42but you can't just assume that they did it without proof. There's a camera right there. So they could

06:46easily get these people information, figure out if they did it, arrest them later if they find out

06:50that they did do it, but you can just make the assumption, uh, just because there happens to be

06:55damage at the place that they're near.

07:12It's a political opinion. Are we not allowed to express political opinions in this country?

07:27he's expressing his political opinion, right? It's like, again, you should be allowed to do that.

07:41Okay, so how could someone find this offensive?

07:43Well, you see, like, a medical clinic, like, down the road, where people seek home facilities

07:45and pharmacy where people can access, like, abortion medicines. Like, can you see how that

07:49would be considered offensive where people are accessing their right to have health care?

07:52Like, you'll be literally within, like, 50 meters or somewhere where people access, like, medication,

07:58and you're having, like...

07:59Well, we're standing outside the member of Wakefield's office, and we're making videos criticizing

08:04his actions. That's something we're allowed to do.

08:09That's crazy.

08:11Are we not allowed to do that?

08:13Well, you're blocking the peaceful passage...

09:08It's so weird. She's asking the weirdo, like, how do they know each other? Like,

09:13it's just so obvious that there is an ulterior motive in the questions she's asking.

09:18And she's already called abortion health care, right?

09:22She's said that you're, you know, coming against people's access to health care.

09:26So it clearly shows where she stands and that she has an ulterior motive here.

09:29And this is why it's important for people in positions of power when it comes to law enforcement

09:34to not have a political drive and how they're doing it.

09:37Because, and it's also important to have laws set up in your country, right?

09:41In the U.S., we have the constitution so that when people in power want to come against

09:47to you in a way that goes against the constitution, we can always go back to that and say,

09:49no, this violates my freedom of speech or whatever it is.

09:52Because it's just wild to me that how much she is like pressing in in these weird, personal,

09:59unnecessary questions just to try and I guess get some dirt on that.

10:02And I don't even know, it's so strange to me.

10:20This lady's irritating me.

10:21I'm not going to lie.

10:22So I guess they're reviewing the CCTV, but he's just filming and wasn't obstructing anything.

10:28Hasn't been obstructing anything this entire time.

10:30But understandable.

10:32She wants to talk to one person.

10:33That's fine.

10:34But like him being right there isn't an obstruction.

10:36So it's kind of crazy.

10:37There's really no legs for them to stand on.

10:39And I think they know that.

10:40And it's just trying to find something like they are really trying to find something.

10:44And it's crazy.

10:46Well, I can't be sure.

10:48I think the police said here, but they weren't in convincing anyone going in.

11:03The fact that unarrested is, I guess, a real word that we're using is funny to me.

11:11This whole thing is so ridiculous.

11:13If you want to reveal something different, then you've got your details and you'll be charged with damage, if that's

11:18the case.

11:19Obviously, I would pretend that you don't block the passage to your government facility.

11:23Basically, you're all going to be getting a move-on direction.

11:25So you won't be able to come back here for a period of 24 hours.

11:27Yep.

11:28And if you contravene that, then you'll be arrested, okay?

11:30Yep.

11:31So it's just like a direction.

11:32If you let me finish, I'm going to explain it to you if you stop interrupting.

11:35So it's a move-on direction.

11:36So it'll be for a period of 24 hours.

11:38I'm going to give you a formal direction.

11:39If you do break those conditions, you'll then be charged and taken to the police.

11:42Yeah.

11:42Does that make sense?

11:43So all three of you will be given that move-on direction, if you understand?

11:46Yep.

11:46What are the grounds for that move-on direction?

11:49Because you're making people uncomfortable.

11:50We've had several complaints from members of the public.

11:53They can't access this government facility.

11:54Particularly your shirt as well as offensive.

11:56People who are seeking medical treatment pertaining to abortions.

12:01And there's also a clinic as well.

12:02Yes.

12:03It's crazy.

12:04Imagine if like a satanist stood outside a church with like a satanist shirt.

12:07Like I couldn't see any reasonable, and they were just like objecting to the church, right?

12:12They just stood there with a sign, you know, saying like whatever they wanted to say against

12:15the church.

12:16I can't imagine like calling the police on them.

12:19If anything, I believe that people would try and share the love of Christ with them

12:22and they could reject it.

12:23They could receive it.

12:24They could do whatever they want.

12:25But it's like, why would we call the police if they're not actually harming anyone?

12:27If they're just exercising their freedom of speech, right?

12:30Yeah.

12:31People are going to be uncomfortable sometimes when people disagree with them.

12:33Discomfort is actually how we experience growth.

12:35You can't grow and be comfortable.

12:38Obviously, all discomfort isn't good, but being uncomfortable in itself isn't bad.

12:43And so someone sharing an opposite opinion that could be considered offensive or could

12:47make someone uncomfortable.

12:48And then it's like, oh, I can actually, you know, just tell people that they can't be here

12:52anymore doing this, exercising their freedom of speech is crazy to me.

12:54I think we need to be fair in that we apply this to both sides.

12:58But again, I don't see any harm in this general principle of being able to literally

13:02just exercise your freedom of speech, regardless of if it's offensive or makes people uncomfortable.

13:06Now, if you're, you know, acting a fool, screaming, cursing,

13:10threatening, like there is a line that obviously can get crossed where it's like,

13:14this is no longer freedom of speech, but this is potentially dangerous to the public.

13:17That's different.

13:18That is a totally different situation than peaceful protesters.

13:21The sign is that you're pointing, okay?

13:25Is making people uncomfortable a lawful grounds for a move on direction?

14:59they can legally fight back on this because this is absurd.

15:04I know if this was in the US, we would be able to fight back on this pretty easily

15:08because this is absurd.

15:09What the police officers were doing is out of line,

15:11and there should be actually disciplinary action, I believe,

15:13and how they handled this situation.

15:15It was awful.

15:16Again, understandable that there's eggs.

15:17They think they may have caused damage, and they have to review that footage.

15:20Completely get that.

15:21But how they handled everything else surrounding that?

15:25Wild to me.

15:26Absolutely wild that this is the world that we live in.

15:28Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.

15:30And the fact that they are allowing what they believe to be good,

15:34that is actually evil to influence the way that they are serving the public,

15:36as he said, is crazy.

15:37It's unacceptable.

15:39So, man, we need to pray for these police officers.

15:41Pray for Australia.

15:42Pray for the men who are standing here fighting against this evil.

15:46They're fighting against the evil in the name of Jesus Christ.

15:48Pray for them that they would be strengthened and bold,

15:49and that they would see fruit from the work that they are doing.
