01:49order. That world is becoming, as we know, more dangerous and divided. Sovereignty and
01:58openness are intention. Economic integration has been weaponized. Tariffs used as leverage,
02:04financial plumbing as coercion, supply chains as vulnerabilities to be exploited.
02:08And next month, we will begin discussions with the EU, the world's second largest economy,
02:14to build a unique security and economic alliance.
02:18alliance. Our core objective of all these partnerships is to increase our sovereignty,
02:25our strategic autonomy. Because, as I said earlier, we live in a world where integration
02:31has been weaponized. Because a country that cannot feed, fuel or defend itself is not truly
02:37sovereign.
