00:16you need to do is come down to your search box in the taskbar at the bottom and type settings
00:22and then what you want to do is open up your system settings underneath best match. Once
00:27you've done that and you've got your settings window opened come over to the menu on the left
00:31hand side and click onto privacy and security. Then what you want to do is come up and click
00:36onto Windows security and from here you want to click onto virus and threat protection. Now
00:42what that's going to do is open up your Windows security window from here you want to come down
00:46to virus and threat protection settings and just simply click the switch here to turn on your virus
00:51and threat protection. So at this point you're going to get a permission come up and once you've done
00:55that what it's going to do is turn on your virus and threat protection which is effectively your
01:00Windows defender. So you can see it's turned on as we now have a little green tick which means that
