00:27An AFL investigation found the photo wasn't posted by Sayers and his account was likely

00:35Kate Sayers then sued her former husband, saying he'd told the AFL it was her who'd posted
00:41it and she'd been defamed.
00:43He wasn't at court but in a statement acknowledged the extreme hurt and harm to his former wife
00:49and accepted she did not post the photo.
00:52This brings to a close a painful and difficult chapter that began with extraordinary claims

01:09The settlement brings to an end one of the more salacious cases to be heard in Melbourne's

01:21What's still been left unsaid though is just exactly who posted that infamous photo.
01:27Kate Sayers wouldn't say if a financial deal was part of the settlement.
