00:54was seized from a 14 year old boy at Worrywood. Authorities warned that e-bikes must behave like
01:03bicycles not motorcycles. Transport Secretary Josh Murray said if your bike can operate like a
01:11motorcycle under throttle or go more than 25 kilometres an hour while being powered it is not
01:18legal to ride in public.
